Please try to cancel or reschedule any appointment or class at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. This allows us to plan and prepare for your session effectively, and respects both your time and ours.
If you cancel within the recommended 24-hour window, your payment will be credited to your account or applied to your package. Should cancellations within the 24-hour window become recurring, the studio reserves the right to determine if you will be charged for our time and preparation.
