- Yin Yoga practice – Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice suitable for everyone, focusing on releasing muscles, tissues, and fibers. This practice emphasizes the expansion of connective tissues in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, enhancing the range of motion of joints and ligaments. Yin practice involves holding poses for about 2 to 4 minutes each, allowing for moments of deep stillness and restoration.
