  • Ashtanga yoga/Vinyasa (flow) – This style of yoga is based on a traditional Ashtanga practice with a touch of balancing one emotion, soul, and physical body. Ashtanga practice consists of a series of postures (Asanas) often linked together to form a delightful sequence synchronized with breath work. The client will move through the practice with an inward focus to create a deep meditative experience. Acquire the flow of this practice that strengthens and stretches the body, mind, and soul!

 

  • Restorative and Gentle Yoga – This is a great practice for beginners and advanced practitioners as well. In this class we will focus on listening to our breath and slow the “Monkey Mind” through gentle
    movements. This practice is made to slow your appetite from going too fast to a slow and relaxing mode. Let the Mind, the Soul, and the Physical  Body step into a delightful mindfulness session. Practice, stretch and release…this practice is for you!

 

  • Yin Yoga practice – Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice suitable for everyone, focusing on releasing muscles, tissues, and fibers. This practice emphasizes the expansion of connective tissues in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, enhancing the range of motion of joints and ligaments. Yin practice involves holding poses for about 2 to 4 minutes each, allowing for moments of deep stillness and restoration. If you are looking to connect with your breath, get rid of symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbance. This practice is for you!
